Terms of Service

By accessing highticketcreator.com or using the affiliate platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

These terms apply to affiliates (people promoting offers) and advertisers (those submitting offers to the network). Some sections apply to only one group, as noted.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• All affiliates must be 18 or older. We may require proof of age and will suspend or terminate any account we believe is operated by a minor, with forfeit of pending earnings.
• You must have the legal right to send the traffic and create the content you do.
• We may decline or revoke any application or account at our sole discretion. Applications under review may be capped at a limited lifetime payout until approved.

Joining as an affiliate is free. There is no membership fee and no minimum volume. If we ever introduce a paid product, it will be described at the point of purchase and these terms will be updated before it goes on sale.

High Ticket Creator is not a get-rich-quick scheme and we make no guarantee of income or results. Any figures, examples, rates, or testimonials shown on the site are illustrative, not promises. What you earn depends on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Many participants earn little or nothing.

• You are solely responsible for the content you create and post (including AI-generated content) and for complying with the terms, rules, and laws of every platform and place you post.
• You must have all rights and consents for any likeness, voice, footage, or assets you use. No content depicting or implying minors, non-consent, or anything illegal, ever.
• No fraud, deceptive claims, impersonation of advertisers or of High Ticket Creator, malware, scraping, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
• We may remove content, links, or accounts that violate these terms or that create legal or reputational risk, at our discretion.

• No fraud. Self-clicks, bot traffic, incentivised conversions, and motivated conversions are grounds for immediate termination and forfeit of pending earnings.
• No misrepresentation. You may not impersonate advertisers or imply official affiliation beyond the advertiser-affiliate relationship.
• Platform compliance. You are responsible for following the terms of every traffic source you use, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid networks, and so on.

• Commissions clear after a 7-day chargeback window, then batch into the next wire cycle (typically weekly).
• Chargebacks reverse the corresponding commission. Negative balances net against future positive commissions until cleared.
• We pay in USD by wire by default. Other methods may be available on request.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on your earnings. We are not your tax advisor.

• You represent that you own or are authorised to manage the offers you submit, and that your offer terms, commission rates and the like, are accurate.
• Offers are subject to our review and approval. Billing for affiliate conversions is post-pay per the invoices and wire instructions we provide; amounts are due as stated on each invoice.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your connected accounts and for complying with the terms of any third party you connect.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and recurring text messages from High Ticket Creator at that number, including messages and calls placed using automated technology and an AI voice agent, about our programs, offers, and your account. Calls may be recorded. Consent is not a condition of using the platform. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for help, or email partners@highticketcreator.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

The platform integrates third parties including Twilio (telephony), xAI (AI voice and analysis), Groq (transcription), Supabase (database), Vercel and Railway (hosting), Resend (email), and ConverteAI/VTurb (video). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

We may suspend or terminate any account for fraud, terms violations (ours or any platform you use), non-payment, or at our discretion. On termination of an affiliate account, pending commissions tied to confirmed clean traffic are paid out; commissions tied to violating traffic are forfeit.

The High Ticket Creator platform, brand, and code are ours. Campaign assets belong to the respective advertiser. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use campaign assets only as authorised to promote your tracking links, and you grant us a licence to use content and marks you submit as needed to operate the platform.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, email partners@highticketcreator.com with details and we will respond promptly.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of tracking, third-party availability, or specific earnings, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Ticket Creator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability to you is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us (or we paid you) in the trailing 12 months, or $100.

You will defend and indemnify High Ticket Creator against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your traffic, your use of the platform, or your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in British Columbia have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to your local courts. Please contact us first, most issues are resolved informally.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, emailed to your account address with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
