Who we are
High Ticket Creator (“HTC,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at highticketcreator.com and a related affiliate platform. We connect people who create and distribute promotional content (“affiliates”) with offers from third-party advertisers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.
We are part of the same company that operates Noctis Network, and the two share infrastructure including our telephony account.
Who this covers
This policy applies to three groups: visitors to our marketing pages; affiliates with a platform account or application; and advertisers who submit offers to the network. Where a section applies to only one group, we say so.
What we collect
- Account and application data: your email address, name, and the answers you give in our onboarding questionnaire, your traffic sources, current earnings range, targets, and available time.
- Phone number: when you provide it, so we can contact you by phone call, including automated and AI voice calls, which may be recorded , and by text message (SMS) about your inquiry, our programs, and offers. See “Phone calls” below.
- Attribution data: the UTM parameters, referring URL, and landing page recorded when you first arrive, so we know which channel sent you.
- Usage and tracking data: clicks on tracking links, and conversion events reported by advertisers for the offers you promote.
- Payout data (affiliates): bank or wire details you provide so we can pay you.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser and device information, and timestamps captured automatically by our hosting and security layers.
- Advertising and measurement data: see “Advertising and the Meta Pixel” below, Meta cookies, a first-party identifier we set, and events describing your activity on our pages.
- Video engagement data: our video player records playback behaviour (whether you started, how far you watched) on pages that host a video.
How we use it
- To operate the affiliate platform and review applications.
- To track conversions and calculate commissions earned and amounts owed.
- To send affiliate payouts.
- To send transactional email, sign-in codes, status changes, payout notices.
- To contact you by phone and text message about your inquiry, the program, and related offers, where you have provided your number.
- To measure which traffic sources and campaigns work.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to audit administrative actions.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel (in your browser) and the Meta Conversions API (from our server) to measure how our ads perform and to reach relevant audiences. Through these we may share with Meta Platforms, Inc.:
- Event data, page views, when you submit your email, and when you complete the questionnaire, with timestamps and the page address.
- Meta’s cookies
_fbpand_fbc(the second only when you arrive from a Meta ad), and a first-party identifier we set in anhtc_xidcookie so the two sides can be matched. - Your email address in hashed (SHA-256) form, plus your IP address, user agent, and approximate location from your IP. Meta uses these to match events to accounts. We do not send Meta your raw email address.
Depending on where you live, this sharing may count as “sharing” or “sale” of personal information for targeted advertising, see “Your rights.” You can also limit ad tracking in your browser and through your Meta ad preferences.
Phone calls (including automated & AI calls)
When you provide your phone number and ask us to call you, for example by submitting our sign-up form or requesting a callback, you consent to receive phone calls from us at that number about your inquiry, our programs, and offers.
These calls may be placed and conducted by an automated system, including an artificial-intelligence (AI) voice agent. If we do not reach you we may make a limited number of follow-up attempts. Calls may be recorded for coaching, training, and quality purposes, and recordings may be transcribed and analysed automatically. If you ask the agent whether it is a real person, it will tell you plainly that it is not.
We do not sell or share your phone number or call-consent information with third parties for their own marketing. Standard carrier and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time, tell the agent to stop or remove you, or email us at the address below, and opting out will not affect your account or other communications from us.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, our programs, and offers. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS will not affect your account or other communications from us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Meta Platforms, advertising measurement and audience targeting (see above).
- Supabase, database hosting (data at rest).
- Vercel, application hosting and edge network.
- Railway, hosting for our real-time call service.
- Twilio, telephony. Places and receives our calls and text messages, and stores call recordings.
- xAI, the AI voice agent that conducts automated calls, and post-call analysis of transcripts.
- Groq, speech-to-text transcription of call recordings.
- Resend, transactional email (sees your email address).
- ConverteAI / VTurb, the video player embedded on some pages, which receives playback engagement data.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. Our staff have access to account data, including payout details when generating a payout.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session handling; advertising cookies for the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc); and a first-party htc_xid identifier used to match advertising events. We also store your questionnaire answers in your browser’s session storage while you complete it. Blocking cookies may break sign-in and reduce measurement accuracy, but will not stop you from reading the public pages.
International transfers
We are based in Canada and use providers in the United States and elsewhere. Using the platform may involve transferring your data across borders, including to the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for those transfers.
Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and audit logging. Our database denies all access by default; every read and write goes through server-side code holding a privileged key that is never exposed to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a breach where required by law.
Retention
We keep account, click, and conversion data while your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for quality and dispute purposes. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, but retain anonymised conversion history and records needed for accounting, tax, chargeback reconciliation, and legal compliance.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example GDPR in the EU and UK, or CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email partners@highticketcreator.com. We will respond within the time your law requires (generally 30–45 days) and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Children
The platform is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 (or the age of majority where you live). If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, emailed to account holders.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. It describes the processing we currently perform; if you add a payment processor or another analytics vendor, this page needs updating before you turn it on. Have counsel review it before relying on it at scale.
